ONLINE REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR THE 2017 SEASON

Please remember to use the CommunityPass account that was used for your pool membership in prior seasons. Please do not create a new account.  Contact: techsupport@nppool.org

1) you are not sure if you have more than one account, or 

2) you have never personally registered online but wish to do so this year, as our administrative staff may have created an account for you already.

 **Please make sure that all members of your family are added to your Community Pass account and make sure you register all family members with a pool membership category so that they are able to use the pool membership too.(These are two separate steps.If you still owe capital contribution, you must pay for this year’s installment prior to registration. Go to “View/Pay Balances” to complete the transaction.

Refund:All transactions are final and refunds will not be issued. If there is a medical condition that prohibits a member from using the pool, a doctor's note must be presented to the board for review. If the request is approved by the Board of Trustees. The refund will be made by check only, regardless of original payment method and will be subjected to a processing fee
