1 hour deep water class where participants are led by an experienced instructor through a series of patterned movements using water resistance to achieve cardio-aerobics and core muscle strengthening. Join this fun, lively class to gain fitness and new friends.
When: 11am Saturdays (Dive Tank) & 7pm Tuesdays (Lower Pool Lap Lanes). Refer calendar for any time/date changes due to swim/dive team meets.
Cost: $35 for the season.
