COVID-19 SAFETY
PLAN YOUR VISIT TO HELP KEEP OUR COMMUNITY SAFE 

​

  • Individual (non-contact) entry and exit sign-in and sign-out.

  • This Pool health waiver (click here to download) will need to be completed before entry to The Pool. Please print off, sign and bring to the pool upon your first visit.

  • 45-min individual lap lane usage within lap pool.  


 Before coming to The Pool:

  • Please stay home if you are sick.  Symptoms related to COVID-19 include fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, fatigue, headache, muscle/body aches, runny nose/congestion, new loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.

  • Please print off and sign this waiver to hand in at the check-in table on your first visit to the pool this season.

At The Pool:

MASKS:

  • Unvaccinated members and guests (including children aged 2-11 years) and spectators, are strongly encouraged to wear a mask while on the pool grounds and when social distancing of 6 feet from non-household contacts cannot be maintained.

  • Masks should NOT be worn while in the water, as increases the risk of drowning.

  • Masks should NOT be put on children under age two, as increases the risk of suffocating.

  • Lifeguards:

    • Lifeguards performing lifesaving activities and actively monitoring bathers from the lifeguard stand are NOT encouraged to wear a masks/face covering.

    • Unvaccinated lifeguards transitioning from post to post and walking amongst patrons while on duty should be masked.

SOCIAL DISTANCING:​

  • Unvaccinated members and guests (including children aged 2-11 years) and spectators, are strongly encouraged to maintain 6 feet social distancing both in and out of the water from non-household contacts (a few inches longer than a typical pool noodle).  
  • We also encourage 6 feet social distancing among staff and patrons, away from non-household contacts, in and out of the water.
  • This includes not gathering at the ends of swim lanes, behind starting blocks, or on the stairs into the water or up to the diving board/waterslide.
  • Sanitizer is available as designated locations around the facility.

 

FACILITIES AVAILABLE:

  • Tables and limited chairs will be available however please feel free to also BYO chairs.

  • Snack Shack.

  • Diving boards & waterslide.

  • Playground.

  • Swim & Dive Team practices and competitions.

  • Fun DJ @ The Pool Days!!

  • Just Treading Aqua Aerobics.

  • Raft Night.

  • Shooting basketball hoops (no games). 

  • NPCP owned games/equipment (kick boards, noodles, basketballs etc). 

  • Changing rooms.

Every member (or parent/guardian) and their guest must commit to following these guidelines and present a signed COVID-19 waiver before entry.
